The 6-foot-0, 190 pounder went in-depth on his finalists.

Penn State Nittany Lions

“The coaches make it feel like home every time I visit,” Scott said. “I have a great relationship with Coach Franklin and it means something to me to be able to represent where you are from. I love the things coach Haggans preaches.”

Alabama Crimson Tide

“I was always a fan of how dominant they were year in and year out,” Scott said. “I’ve developed a great relationship with Coach Wiggins and Coach (Nick) Saban.”

Georgia Bulldogs

“I have a good relationship with Coach Fran (Brown),” Scott said. “I love everything about Georgia.”

Texas A&M Aggies

“I’ve had a great relationship with Coach (Jimbo) Fisher since day one and Coach Robinson,” Scott said. “I watch practice, and like the things I see.”

Tennessee Volunteers

“I formed a great relationship with Coach (Kelsey) Pope, and I loved the things I saw from their program this past season,” Scott said. “I can see myself in that offense.”

Colorado Buffaloes

“I like the way Coach (Deion) Sanders teaches his players about life skills, not just football,” Scott said. “I have a good relationship with the office of coordinator, and I think he could use me in different ways within that offense.”

Scott ranks as the No. 488 player according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No. 80 wide receiver and the No. 13 player in the state of Pennsylvania.

Rico Scott currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $28K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

The Keystone State wide receiver hauled in 66 receptions for 1,1184 yards and 22 touchdowns in his junior campaign. Scott attends Bishop McDevitt High School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who finished with a state championship going 13-1 and 7-0 in conference play.
