Georgetown (Ky.) Great Crossing three-star EDGE Oryend Fisher revealed his top 10 schools on Saturday night. They are Akron, Central Michigan, Eastern Kentucky, Kent State, Kentucky, Louisville, Marshall, Memphis, Vanderbilt and West Virginia.

Fisher is ranked as the No. 910 overall prospect and No. 75 EDGE in the 2023 On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 9 player in Kentucky.

On3 rates him even higher. Despite not being ranked in the 2023 On300, Fisher is the No. 50 EDGE and No. 1 player in Kentucky.

Fisher’s most recent visit was an official visit to the Mountaineers on June 23. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, West Virginia has a 93.1% chance to land his commitment. Kentucky has the next-best odds at 4.4%, while Louisville has the third-best chance at 2%.

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

Fisher has an On3 NIL Valuation of $5.9K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
