Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy four-star cornerback Alex Graham holds more than 30 offers from college football programs across the country. Going forward, he will be focusing on seven of them.

Graham has announced Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Michigan, Oregon, Penn State and Utah as his top schools. So far, he has visited the Crimson Tide, Ducks, Nittany Lions, Utes and Wolverines.

“There were some coaching changes and that impacted me a little bit, but I am building new relationships with coaches,” Graham told On3. “I have some strong relationships with coaches too, so that factored in to some schools being on the list. The overall program, who the schools have put into the NFL, the development and who wins games were big factors too.”

Graham knows what he wants in a school

Graham, who is originally from Michigan, has made nearly 10 visits to the Wolverines. He was last in Ann Arbor on the weekend of Feb. 3.

The 6-foot-0, 185-pound defensive back was also at Alabama on March 30, 2023, Oregon on Nov. 25 and Penn State on Sept. 23. Graham – the No. 23 player in Florida – does not have any spring or official visits set up yet, but knows he will announce his college destination in the summer.

“When I commit, what will be important are the coaches, the degree the school offers and player development,” said Graham, the No. 169 overall prospect and No. 21 cornerback in the 2025 On3 Industry Ranking

Graham discusses two of his top schools

Georgia: “When I think of Georgia, I think of one of the toughest and top college football programs in the country,” Graham told DawgsHQ on Jan. 26. “I know that they get players drafted into the NFL, win games, and have an amazing coaching staff.”

“They want me to visit as soon as possible, so I plan on doing that soon,” he added. “I plan on visiting sometime in the spring.”

Michigan: “The visit went well,” Graham told The Wolverine on Feb. 7. “I was able to have a great conversation with (head) coach (Sherrone) Moore. He’s a really great guy. I feel as if the program is in great hands and is going to remain a top contender in college football with him leading it.”

“Michigan is still a top school,” he also shared with The Wolverine on Feb. 12 following the departure of defensive backs coach Steve Clinkscale. “I’ll wait and see who they bring in.”
