Wake Forest has extended an offer to Olney (Md.) Good Counsel four-star linebacker Aaron Chiles.

He is the No. 48 overall recruit in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Chiles is also the No. 1 recruit from Maryland in the class.

The 2024 On300 ranking has Chiles as the No. 45 prospect in the country. He is the third-ranked linebacker in the class behind Miami Columbus four-star prospect TJ Capers and Largo (Fla.) four-star prospect Adarius Hayes.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $7k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

The Demon Deacons have six recruits in the 2023 class, led by Suwanee (Ga.) North Gwinnett three-star EDGE Tyler Walton and Brunswick (Ga.) three-star defensive lineman Ka’Shawn Thomas.
