Jeremiah Green, a four-star point guard in the 2025 class, has narrowed his list of schools down to 10. Moving forward, the 6-foot-3 junior out of Sunrise Christian (TX) will consider Auburn, Colorado, Houston, Kansas, Kansas State, Oklahoma, TCU, Texas, Texas A&M, and Virginia.

Out of the schools on his top 10, the Denton, Texas native has officially visited Auburn and Texas A&M. Kansas State and Houston have both hosted him unofficially.

Green discusses past college visits

In a previous interview with On3, Jeremiah Green went in-depth on the college visits he’s been on and discussed the programs overall.

Texas A&M: “Overall, I thought it was great. I liked getting to know the staff more and getting to talk to Coach Buzz (Williams) a lot. Then, seeing how they envision the plan for me whenever I get there. Just being around the players, the atmosphere is really good. It’s like they’re all family. They all get along and then on the court, they win too. So that’s a big plus for me.”

Auburn: “I thought Auburn was great too. It’s kind of like A&M, really family. I talked to coach (Bruce) Pearl a lot. Just the way they play with their guards, like the past guards — Sharife CooperJared Harper, and Aden Holloway now. Their play style I really like. The area was a great too.”

Houston: “We did a lot for me being there one day. I really got to know coach Quannas (White) and coach (Kelvin) Sampson really well in that time. Just being around the culture was a big plus for me with just the way they do things. They win. Off the court, they try to treat it like the NBA as much as possible. They’re also really big on family too because coach Sampson has his son on the staff (Kellen).”

Kansas State: “They’re like family to me. I’ve known them since the beginning of my freshman year so I’m just continuing to build a relationship. It has been very helpful. Just the way they play, the way they do everything, its really, really good.”

What he’s looking for in a college program

While Jeremiah Green isn’t super close to making a decision, he does know what he’s looking for in a school.

“Somewhere I could go make an impact immediately,” he says. “Somewhere that they feel comfortable going through the highs and lows with me and somewhere I feel like I could develop the most and give it the best chance to go to league.”

Green also has a loose timeline for a commitment.

“I think anywhere from the middle of summer this year to the start of my senior year.”

According to the On3 Industry Rankings, Green is the No. 60 overall prospect in the 2025 cycle. The On3 Industry Ranking is a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
