4-star RB Kedrick Reescano decommits from Michigan State

New Caney (Texas) four-star running back Kedrick Reescano has decommitted from Michigan State, he announced on Thursday.
The 5-foot-11, 190-pounder had been committed to the Spartans since January, and he chose Mel Tucker and Co. over offers from Oklahoma State, Houston, Kansas and a handful of others. But other programs have remained in pursuit of him, with Ole Miss and Oklahoma State both hosting him for official visits over the past two weeks.
According to the latest intel from On3 national recruiting analyst Sam Spiegelman, Reescano is expected to unofficially visit Texas A&M this weekend for the Aggies’ game against Ole Miss. Jimbo Fisher and Co. have yet to extend an offer but are currently without a running back commitment this cycle.
Reescano is the No. 183 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 9 running back and the No. 35 senior recruit in the state of Texas.
