4-star safety Makari Vickers committing Aug. 26

Tallahassee (Fla.) John Paul II Catholic four-star safety Makari Vickers will announce his college decision Aug. 26 during halftime of his high school’s 2022 season opener.

Vickers is choosing between Alabama, Michigan and Oklahoma.

Vickers is the No. 86 overall recruit in the 2023 On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

I will be committing August 26 during halftime, which is my first home game held at Corey Field in Quincy Florida. Any and every one is welcome to support. Game starts at 7.

He has an On3 NIL Valuation of $126k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes.
