4-star WR Terry Shelton decommits from Arizona

Irving (Texas) Ranchview four-star wide receiver Terry Shelton has decommitted from Arizona, he announced on social media Wednesday evening. He had been committed to the Wildcats since June 18.
“After a lot of thought and prayer, I have decided to decommit from the University of Arizona,” Shelton wrote. “I want to thank Coach Wade, Coach Brennan, Coach Babers, Coach Moore and the whole staff for their support and giving me the opportunity to be part of the program. I also want to extend a huge thank you to the Arizona fans for their love and support throughout my recruitment.
“This decision was not easy, but I believe it’s the best one for me and my future. Thank you to everyone who has supported me through this journey, and I look forward to what the future holds!”
