ACC football: Kickoff times, TV networks announced for Week 6

The Atlantic Coast Conference and its television partners announced the following football game times and networks for week six. Times are displayed in Eastern Standard Time.

ACC Football Schedule – Saturday, Oct. 9
Georgia Tech at Duke, 12:30 p.m., RSN
Notre Dame at Virginia Tech, 7:30 p.m., ACC Network

Three more games will kickoff at either 3 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. on ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 or ACC Network. Game times and network designations will be announced after the games of Oct. 2.

  • Virginia at Louisville
  • Florida State at North Carolina
  • Wake Forest at Syracuse

Week six is a bye week for Boston College, Clemson, NC State, Miami and Pitt. Virginia Tech is the only program off for week five.

ACC football in the AP Top 25

After Notre Dame at No. 9, ACC football features three teams in the AP Top 25.

After a loss to N.C. State, the Clemson Tigers fell to No. 25, while the 3-1 Wolfpack debuted at No. 23 in the top 25.

Wake Forest made their debut at No. 24 with a 37-17 win over Virginia.

Several more ACC football teams received votes from AP writers after week four games. Boston College finished fourth in the receiving votes footnote with 55, Virginia Tech received 20 votes, Lousiville received three and UNC received one.
