Cincinnati set to hire Ohio State's Cass Simmons as director of recruiting strategy
Cincinnati is set to hire Ohio State recruiting and personnel assistant Cass Simmons as its director of recruiting strategy, sources tell On3.
Before being hired by Ohio State earlier this year, Simmons spent two years as the director of player personnel at Stephen F. Austin.

At Cincinnati, Simmons will work with Zach Grant, who is set to be hired as the Bearcats’ general manager after a year as Ohio State’s director of player personnel.
The two will work under Scott Satterfield, who was hired as Cincinnati’s new head coach earlier this month after four seasons as the head coach at Louisville.
