In a dominating win in every form, CJ Stroud led the Buckeyes to a 56-7 win over Michigan State on Saturday afternoon. The now Heisman Trophy frontrunner threw for 432 yards on 32 completions while adding 6 touchdowns on the day. The freshman quarterback looks to lead his team this weekend against Michigan to close out the regular season and continue the Buckeyes’ championship campaign.
Stroud has made headlines since the summer as he has put together one of the most impressive NIL portfolios in college sports. Driving a brand new Silverado truck from Coughlin Chevrolet, Stroud was one of a handful of OSU players to receive a complimentary car. He also has landed deals with C4 Energy and Athletic Brewing. Most recently, two major brands have partnered with Stroud. He is now an Outback Steakhouse athlete, as well as a Subway athlete with his signature sandwich “The Columbus.”
