Waco, Texas welcomes ESPN to their city in grand style, College GameDay operating live on-campus ahead of No. 10 Baylor hosting No. 5 Kansas in a Big 12 clash. The game has huge ramifications for the entirety of college basketball, with the Bears looking to find revenge against the Jayhawks.

In their first meeting earlier this month, Kansas took it to Baylor. The Jayhawks handily defeated the Bears, sending them out of Lawrence with a 83-59 loss. In that showdown, it was Kansas guard Christian Braun who shined — scoring 18 points and pulling down 10 rebounds in the win. As for Baylor, guard Adam Flagler put up 16 points for the Bears in a loss.

Now, Scott Drew’s team will be looking to return the favor. However, the team will need to keep guard Ochai Agbaji quiet, as he’s averaging 20.2 points per game for the Jayhawks.

Elsewhere, huge games with high stakes make Saturday’s slate of games electric. First, No. 4 Purdue travels to take on an unranked Michigan State squad that needs a victory more than anything. Then, No. 6 Kentucky takes on No. 18 Arkansas in a gigantic SEC showdown. Additionally, No. 17 Tennessee is looking to hand No. 3 Auburn a defeat, which would shake-up the rankings in a huge way.

As you can see, there’s a bevy of huge showdowns on Saturday. Here’s what the College GameDay crew believes will happen in the biggest contests.

College GameDay: Picks for Kansas at Baylor, Saturday’s biggest games

No. 5 Kansas at No. 10 Baylor: “I’m going with Kansas. .. No LJ Cryer is going to hurt them in this game,” stated Ellis.

“Baylor’s a really good team. They play really hard, and they find a way to get it done. Just not against Kansas,” stated Greenberg.

Bilas isn’t picking as he’s on the call, so the entire crew is picking the Jayhawks on Saturday.

No. 6 Kentucky at No. 18 Arkansas: “I like the Hogs,” stated Ellis, picking Arkansas.

“Somehow, someway, someone steps up. And they got this big-guy named Oscar Tshiebwe. If you haven’t found out, he’s pretty good,” stated Greenberg, going with Kentucky.

However, Bilas agrees with Ellis — picking the Razorbacks.

No. 3 Auburn at No. 17 Tennessee: “I’m going with Tennessee also .. Josiah Jordan-James is really starting to play better on the offensive end. .. I like Tennessee in that one,” Bilas agreed, as all three analysts are on the Volunteers in Knoxville.

No. 1 Gonzaga at No. 23 Saint Mary’s: “I think Gonzaga is the best team in that league — it’s not close,” stated Bilas, picking Gonzaga. Greenberg and Ellis both agree with their colleague — the No. 1 team in the nation gets the victory.
