Five-Star Plus+ CB Na'eem Offord commits to Ohio State
Five-Star Plus+ CB Na’eem Offord of Birmingham (AL) Parker High announced his commitment to Ohio State Sunday afternoon.
The 6-foot-1, 180 pounder chose the Buckeyes over Auburn, Alabama, and others.
“Just felt like they were the best fit for me to come in and compete with the best of the best getting developed by a coach who has been around the game for a long time.”
His relationship with the coaching staff and their plan for him played a role in his decision as well.
“I’m closest with coach DuHart and coach Walton,” Offord said. “We have an amazing relationship where we talk almost everyday about football and life.”
The Yellowhammer State defensive back joins coach Ryan Day and the Buckeyes’ top 3 2025 class. He is accompanied by five-star cornerback Devin Sanchez, four-star cornerback Blake Woodby, and others.
