Four-Star CB Tavoy Feagin narrows list, sets commitment date

Four-star cornerback Tavoy Feagin of Tampa (Fla.) Carrollwood Day High is down to five schools– Florida State, Clemson, Alabama, LSU, and Miami.
The 6-foot, 175 pounder will announce his college decision on November 20th.
Feagin went in-depth on his finalists with On3.
Florida State
“I feel like I truly fit right with the program and plus my relationship with the coaches are amazing,” Feagin said. “Also, I feel like I’m the next couple years they can make a run to the playoffs and possibly win.”
Clemson
“After a couple of visits to Clemson, really the atmosphere and coaching staff stood out,” Feagin said. “Not only do I have great relationships with the coaches, my dad does as well because everyone on the staff either played with him or coached him.”
Miami
“Why not the U? With the tradition they have and what they’re bringing in from the 2023 class they can most definitely rebuild and continue the standard of Miami football.”

Alabama
“When it comes to Bama, the Standard is the Standard,” Feagin said. “This is a place where you can get coaching from one of the best head coach in college football, and this is also a team I grew up with. Considering my father played there, I have always been bleeding crimson and white.”
LSU
“For years people called LSU DBU, so I feel like I can continue that tradition and push what DBU stands for,” Feagin said. “When it comes to LSU most definitely has one of the best atmospheres in college football.”
Feagin ranks as the No. 152 player in the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that accounts for all four major recruiting sites. He also tabs in as the No. 17 cornerback and the No. 28 player in the state of Florida.
