Four-star interior offensive lineman Mason Short of Evans (GA) High narrowed his list to 4 schools Friday afternoon.

The 6-foot-6, 310 pounder is down to the following: Georgia, Clemson, Ohio State, and Kentucky.

Breaking down the finalists

Short discussed what stood out about each school with On3.

Georgia – they breed NFL guys every year and Coach smart and Coach Searels want to coach me and they let it be known I’m a priority for them with the constant contact with me and my family. From the beginning of my recruitment they let me know in the end I’ll be a Georgia bulldog

Clemson – Coach Swinney is as good as they get as a coach and a human being. And coach luke has one of the best track records for producing NFL linemen. And his way of coaching really stands out to me. As well as how his players respond to him

Ohio state – Coach Frye and Coach day are two amazing coaches and produce a lot of NFL talent and I know I will be developed there. They have a rich history of developing Offensive of linemen.

Kentucky – I appreciate the relationship Coach wolf has built with me in the past years I know his way of coaching and his goal of developing guys into NFL talent and I’m looking forward to building my relationships at Kentucky
