Four-star linebacker Abduall Sanders of Los Angeles (CA) Mater Dei announced his commitment to Alabama Thursday morning.

The 6-foot-1, 225 pounder chose the Crimson Tide over Ohio State and Tennessee.

“Bama just feels like home but I also believe in Coach DeBoer and his staff’s vision and I’m ready to get to work.”

His relationship with the coaching staff and their plan for him played a role in his decision as well.

“I’m very close with Coach Womack, Coach DeBoer and Coach Morgan, and they plan to develop me into a player that can possibly build the team and continue the winning tradition at Bama.

The Golden State linebacker joins coach Kalen DeBoer and the Crimson Tide’s Top 5 2025 class. He is accompanied by four-star athlete Darrell Johnson, four-star running back Anthony Rogers, and others.
