Georgia QB commit Ryan Puglisi going to 'do my best to win' the Elite 11 Finals MVP

Avon (Conn.) Avon Old Farms four-star quarterback Ryan Puglisi is fulfilling a dream of competing in the Elite 11 Finals this week.
The event has always held a prestigious place among the possible quarterback accomplishments for the No. 104 overall prospect in the 2024 On3 rankings.
“As a high school quarterback, Elite 11 is like your dream,” Puglisi said. “When I got that invite, it was like a dream come true. I’m excited to get down there and learn from the top quarterback coaches that are there and build a bond with all of the other top prospects in the country too.”
The Georgia commit has high expectations going into the event. Puglisi wants to have a strong performance. He wants to make a bit of a statement of who he is as a player and shine a little light on the quarterback-producing movement taking place in the New England region alongside Dante Reno.
“I’m going to go out there and do my best to win the thing,” Puglisi said. “That’s all I can focus on and control what I can control. I’m going to go out there and give it everything that I have so people can see what I’m capable of… Being a New England kid where it has been blowing up lately with talent coming out of the area. It’s awesome to be able to go out to California and represent where I’m from.”
Georgia fan base a driving force for Ryan Puglisi
Puglisi feels the support from the Georgia fan base. He’s been swept up into Bulldog Nation since he committed back on Oct. 16.

Puglisi hopes to do Georgia fans proud in Los Angeles.
“Everyone knows Georgia’s fan base is very special and they’re very passionate about their culture and their school,” Puglisi said. “To be able to have them behind me is really awesome. To have them as my driving force is great.”
Puglisi will not be the only Georgia quarterback commit in Los Angeles. Five-star Plus signal caller Dylan Raiola will also be in attendance.
This will be Puglisi’s first opportunity to meet Raiola in person. The two regularly text about trying to build Georgia’s 2024 class.
“I haven’t met most of these kids other than Dante (Reno) just because we’re from the same area,” Puglisi said. “I’m excited to meet everyone because we’re all some of the top quarterbacks in the country. To be able to get some work in, I’m excited for that. I haven’t met Dylan. It’s going to be really cool to meet him as well.”
