Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen is one of the better big men in the NBA. On Sunday night, he had one of the more graceful dunks of the weekend, when he stole the basketball, took off in mid-air, and double-clutched the basketball with one hand, before slamming it home.

It sure looks pretty in slow motion. Check out the dunk below from the former Texas Longhorn star in the fourth quarter against the Indiana Pacers.

This season, Allen is nearly averaging a double-double, 14.1 points, 9.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 1.2 blocks per game. It’s been one of the best seasons of his career thus far. The dunk he had on Sunday night was definitely one of the more unique and stylish dunks of the weekend.

Jarrett Allen career stats and information

He was named an All-Star in the 2022 NBA All-Star game after he averaged 16.1 points per game and 10.8 rebounds per game during the 2021-2022 season for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Allen played his first four seasons with the Brooklyn Nets, but his scoring numbers have improved pretty substantially in the past three seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Allen was selected No. 22 overall in Round 1 of the 2017 NBA Draft by the Brooklyn Nets.

Before joining the Nets, he had an impressive freshman year with the Texas Longhorns, where he earned third team All-Big 12 honors after averaging 13.4 points and 8.4 rebounds per game. Allen’s best performance in a Longhorn uniform came when he delivered a 22-point, 19-rebound performance in a loss to the Kansas Jayhawks. Texas had a disappointing season that year, finishing with a 11-22 overall record.

Coming out of high school, Jarrett Allen was one of the most highly rated prospects in America, earning McDonald’s All-American honors in 2016. He played his high school basketball for St. Stephen’s Episcopal (Austin, Texas). In the 2016 cycle, he was ranked as the No. 18 overall prospect in America and was tabbed as a five-star prospect, according to the On3 Consensus Rankings.
