Philadelphia Imhotep Institute three-star cornerback Kenny Woseley announced his top four schools on Friday. They are Nebraska, Michigan, Penn State and Rutgers.

Woseley is the No. 49 cornerback in the country, according to On3. He is also the No. 10 player in Pennsylvania.

The 5-foot-11, 165-pound defensive back has already visited the Nittany Lions five times. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Penn State holds a commanding lead for his commitment at 93.8%.

Woseley has also been to Rutgers for multiple visits. He last saw the Scarlet Knights on Jan. 15.

“It’s kind of a toss-up right now,” Woseley told Ryan Snyder of BlueWhiteIllustrated about his recruitment on Jan. 29. “I would like to wrap it up before the summer if I can, but I also don’t want to commit and not be able to explore other things. I want to make sure I weigh my options out and do it the right way.”

The New Jersey native expressed high praise of the Nittany Lions to Snyder.

“I love Penn State,” Woseley said. “It’s not just from a football perspective, but everything Penn State can do for you outside of football.”

Additionally, Woseley told Zach Libby of The Wolverine that he is very interested in Michigan.

“Michigan has always been a dream school for me,” Woseley said on Jan. 23. “Ever since I got the offer, Coach (Grant) Newsome has kept contacting me. I’ve also been in contact with Coach (Steve) Clinkscale. The connection that I have with everyone up there is something that I really like about Michigan.”

Woseley has an On3 NIL Valuation of $31K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
