Louisiana Tech names All-Quarter Century Football Team

It’s summer, and we love some fun activities in the summer.
This summer the Louisiana Tech Athletics Department tasked its fans with voting for an All-Quarter Century Football Team.
Voting Criteria
The list included 137 former Bulldogs who played at least one season from 2000-2024 and met at least one of the following criteria:
- Earned All-America honors
- Named First or Second Team All-Conference
- Drafted and/or played in the NFL
- Ranked in the top 10 in a major career statistical category (ex. most career receptions)

Quarterback | Luke McCown, Colby Cameron, Jeff Driskel
Running Back | Kenneth Dixon, Ryan Moats, Boston Scott, Daniel Porter
Wide Receiver/Tight End | Trent Taylor, Quinton Patton, Carlos Henderson, Smoke Harris, Phillip Livas, John Simon
Offensive Line | Jordan Mills, O’Shea Dugas, Aaron Lips, Rob McGill, Ethan Reed, Stephen Warner, Kody Russey, Kevin Saia

Did you know?
- Louisiana Tech is 149-162 (.479) over the last 25 seasons on the gridiron. The Bulldogs are 7-4 in bowl games during that same time frame.
- Skip Holtz won 62 games as head coach of the Bulldogs, the most of any head coach in the last 25 seasons.
- Louisiana Tech has had a player active in each of the last five Super Bowls. Those players include L’Jarius Sneed (Chiefs), Trent Taylor (Bengals), Boston Scott (Eagles), and Milton Williams (Eagles).
- Kenneth Dixon ranks 4th in NCAA history with 72 career rushing touchdowns.
- Trent Taylor ranks 5th in NCAA history with 327 career catches.
- Jaylon Ferguson finished his Tech career with 45 sacks, the most in NCAA history.
