ATH Marcus Goree announces top 5 schools
Cleveland (Tenn.) Bradley Central three-star athlete Marcus Goree has narrowed his list of top schools down to five. The list includes Colorado, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska and Tennessee.
Goree is the No. 479 overall prospect and No. 38 athlete in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 11 player in Tennessee.
The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine currently has Tennessee as the favorite to land a commitment from Goree at 45.4%.

Goree took one visit in January as he attended Tennessee’s Junior Day on Jan. 14.
“I enjoyed the basketball game and the pictures,” Goree told On3 following that visit. “And talking with Coach Heupel and Coach Martinez. He sees some potential in me and that is why he wants me to come here so bad is because he wants to get that potential out of me.
“They are top two right now. Coach Heupel came in here and turned the program around quick, so that was big.”
Goree currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $21K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
