The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) has released its 2023-24 All-American teams, with a handful of the sports top stars highlighting the list.

The NABC is one of four organizations that is used for determining consensus All-American status.

Leading the way on the first team was North Carolina star RJ Davis. Davis has had a phenomenal year in helping lead the Tar Heels to a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament, averaging 21.4 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game.

He wasn’t the only elite scorer on the first team.

Tennessee superstar Dalton Knecht also made the first-team squad after having a tremendous impact following his transfer. Knecht, who was named the SEC Player of the Year, averaged 21.1 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.8 assists per contest.

Other selections on the first team included Purdue‘s Zach Edey, Houston‘s Jamal Shead and UConn‘s Tristen Newton.

Another ACC star worked his way to the top of the second team, with Duke‘s Kyle Filipowski earning that honor. Filipowski averaged 17.1 points, 8.2 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.6 blocks, consistently stuffing the stat sheet throughout the season.

The third team had a decidedly SEC and Big 12 flavor to it, with a pair of Kansas players making the cut in big man Hunter Dickinson and guard Kevin McCullar Jr. Unfortunately, Kansas will be without McCullar for the NCAA Tournament due to a lingering knee injury.

A pair of players from the state of Alabama helped round out the third team.

Auburn star center Johni Broome made the cut after averaging 16.2 points, 8.4 rebounds, 2.3 blocks and 2.1 assists per game. So too did Alabama sharpshooter Mark Sears, who averaged 21.1 points, 4.1 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 1.7 steals per contest.
