New On3 5-star: No. 7, CG Isaiah Collier
On3 is releasing its first update to its 2023 basketball rankings since last year Monday, expanding the rankings from 50 recruits to 100.
With many teams having wrapped up their high school seasons and the lucky few others still competing for playoff wins and championships, the rankings come at a pivotal time in the recruiting cycle as high school ball starts to transition into the AAU season.

Marietta (Ga.) Wheeler combo guard Isaiah Collier is one of four new players to earn a five-star ranking from On3 in today’s latest update. Collier jumped up from No. 29 to No. 7 in the new rankings.
The elite guard is uncommitted. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Cincinnati is the current favorite at 65.1%.
