Another Golden State gunslinger will be in Los Angeles for the Elite 11 Finals next month.

San Marcos (Calif.) Mission Hills four-star quarterback Troy Huhn is the latest to receive an invitation to the vaunted QB showcase, it was announced on Wednesday evening. The Penn State commit is set to be in attendance from June 17-19 and will join 16 other signal-callers.

There are few higher honors for prep quarterbacks than being invited to the event, which will celebrate its 26th year in 2025. It bring together 20 of the country’s best quarterbacks for three days, ultimately ending with an MVP and 10 other ‘finalists’ being named.

That followed a sophomore campaign that witnessed over 1,600 passing yards and 16 more scores through the air. Penn State emerged for Huhn before his junior season began and the Big Ten program landed his pledge just under 11 months ago. He’s remained locked in with head coach James Franklin and the Nittany Lions ever since.

“Penn State is the school for me because of what they do for me,” Huhn told On3’s Chad Simmons earlier this month. “The unconditional love they show me is unbelievable and I’m so grateful for it.”

“I am done. They have always done such a great job keeping good care of me, nonstop checking in, making sure I am happy. I am locked in with Penn State.”
