There is a new favorite for Puyallup (Wash.) four-star interior offensive lineman Dave Iuli.

The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine gives Oregon a 96.1% chance to land Iuli, who is one of the top remaining uncommitted recruits in the country. Heading into Tuesday, Miami was the leader in his recruitment, according to On3.

He is the No. 342 overall recruit in the 2022 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the fourth-best player from the state of Washington.

Iuli has an On3 NIL Valuation of $11,900. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, expert predictions, social sentiment, visits, and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

And part of the big swing in Dave Iuli’s RPM prediction came via a prediction from ScoopDuck’s Justin Hopkins.

Oregon has done a good job on the recruiting trail rebuilding part of its class that got atrophied due to Mario Cristobal leaving for Miami.

The Ducks got two big commitment at the end of January in San Diego Lincoln four-star cornerback Jahlil Florence and Killeen (Texas) Shoemaker four-star cornerback Khamari Terrell.
