Murfreesboro (Tenn.) Oakland four-star running back Jordan James has been committed to Georgia for about 10 months but that soon may change.

The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine now predicts that James will flip his commitment on signing day to Oregon, giving the Ducks a 50.4% chance of landing the four-star running back.

Georgia has 48.1% chance while Tennessee — the other finalist in James’ recruitment — has only a less than 1% chance of securing James.

A big factor in the RPM movement are the predictions of ScoopDuck’s Justin Hopkins and On3’s Chad Simmons. Both put in predictions of an Oregon flip with a confidence of 75%.

The four-star running back is announcing his college decision on national signing day at Noon EST on CBS Sports.

Jordan James is one of the top remaining unsigned recruits

Jordan James is the No. 238 overall recruit in the country, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

He is the 18th-best running back in the country and sixth-best player from the state of Tennessee.

James has an On3 NIL Valuation of $26,000. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

The Ducks class is in need of a running back and James is the top option left on the board.

Georgia has the No. 3 recruiting class in the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking. The Bulldogs do have a commitment from Madison (Miss.) Germantown four-star running back Branson Robinson, who signed his National Letter of Intent during the early signing period.
