Perry talks final 6 schools

USC: “I have a good relationship with Coach Enfield and Capko. They let their guards play and are going to the BIG 10.”

TCU: “They are a hard nosed tough team and is the fastest playing team in the country when it comes to transition. I talk to Coach Dixon and Coach Broussard frequently.”

Gonzaga: “Coach Few is considered one of the best coaches right now and he is the winningest coach. They have a track record of guard development and pros in the league.”

Oregon: “Coach Altman is also considered one of the best coaches coaching right now. I have a great relationship with him and Coach Fish. Plus they are going into the BIG 10.”

Colorado: “They are the first high major school to recruit me. I have a great relationship with the entire staff and Coach Boyle really cares about his players.”

Stanford: “They are heading to the ACC. Also one of the first high major schools to recruit me! Outside of basketball the school itself can set any person up for life.”

Scouting Report

“Trent Perry has a smooth feel for the game. He plays with a mental toughness, with good positional size, and a well-rounded skill set. He is a smooth shooter with range off the bounce and off the catch. He has a repeatable load with a consistent release at each level. He is also a capable ball handler. He can get a team into sets and handle the pressure of point of attack defense. He is an average athlete that lacks top end burst, which could pose some questions. High IQ player, he understands footwork and angles on both ends of the floor. A very steady performer, no matter the situation.” – On3’s Jamie Shaw
