TreVaun Clark came in at No. 40 in On3’s recent 2026 ranking update. The 6-foot-7 forward led his San Antonio (TX) Wagner High team in scoring (10.1) and rebounding (7.1) this season.

“I’ve improved my game by being more of a vocal leader,” Clark told On3. “Also, being able to score when my teammates need me to get a bucket. My biggest strength as a player is that I can guard all positions. One through five, and stay in front of whoever I need to.”

On3 was able to catch up with TreVaun Clark recently to talk about his recruitment.

“I currently have offers from LSU, OSU, Texas, and a few other schools, but my most recent are Texas and OSU,” Clark said. “I’ve been on campus at all three.”

Clark Talks Visits

TEXAS: “I’ve been to Texas three different times just to watch games but I’ve got to see a little bit around the program. I will take an official visit there this summer so I will be able to see everything then. My favorite part of the campus so far is the fans and atmosphere.

“All the fans are ride and die there and I love that. No matter the ups and downs you’ll always have the support. They are recruiting me as a Dillon Mitchell-type. A long and athletic player who can play defense and make winning plays for the team but can also score. I feel I can fit in their play style because that’s what I do. They run their sets and get the shots they want.”

LSU: “My favorite part of the LSU campus was definitely the practice gym. My being able to watch them practice together and get done what they needed to get done. My visit there was great. I was able to hang out with the guys on the team after the game and also a couple of the other recruits on visits; I liked it.

“I feel like I have a good relationship with the entire coaching staff at LSU.”

OKLAHOMA STATE: “I enjoyed watching Oklahoma State practice and watching Coach (Mike) Boynton get after it with the guys and really push them to get better and also the football game it was a blackout game and a very good atmosphere.”

“Oklahoma and SMU are a couple of schools who might be close to offering,” Clark said.

TreVaun Clark Gets into His Recruitment

“I’m looking for a school that has a home feel,” Clark said. “I want to play for a good team and go somewhere that has a good atmosphere. Where I can build on more than basketball.

“I’m most comfortable on the wing, making plays for my teammates and myself. Being a point forward.”
