Temple (Texas) Lake Belton five-star wide receiver Micah Hudson is making a name for himself as one of the nation’s top pass catchers.

His one-handed touchdown catch Friday night may be the biggest feather in his cap.

Hudson’s catch is one of the best of the 2022 season. With his quarterback lofting a pass deep towards the back of the end zone, Hudson created enough separation from his defender to fall back towards the ground, put out his left hand and come down with the ball.

Hudson is the No. 9 overall recruit in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $135k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
