WATCH: 4-star PG Trey Parker throws down insane in-game dunk
Viral superstar and five-star combo guard Mikey Williams gets most of the attention for Vertical Academy, but the program has plenty of talent around him. That includes four-star point guard Trey Parker, who ranks among the top 100 prospects in the country in the 2023 class.
Parker showed off a little on Saturday, throwing down a monster slam on a breakaway. Standing just 6-foot-2, Parker through the ball to himself through his legs, bounced it off the floor and then the backboard before throwing down a one-handed slam. It’s the kind of dunk you’d see at NBA All-Star Weekend, except this was a 17-year-old in the midst of a game.
Parker ranks as the No. 99 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also ranks as the nation’s No. 18 point guard and the No. 4 prospect in North Carolina.

He currently holds offers from Mississippi State and North Carolina A&T. On3 National Recruiting Analyst Jamie Shaw was on hand to watch Vertical Academy and had this to say:
“On3’s No. 98 player in the 2023 class is pure electricity on the court. He finished with 25 points and eight dunks in the game we watched. And these dunks were not your run-of-the-mill dunks; it was an array of east bays, lobs in traffic, and self-bounce windmills. Trey Parker is a paint-tough lead guard who has range out to the volleyball line. He played this weekend with the Big Shots Lewis team.”
Parker has also amassed a huge following off the court, where he boasts more than 180,000 Instagram followers. His On3 NIL Valuation stands at $142K, which puts him at No. 86 in the On3 NIL 100.
