The Flock - Chattanooga Mocs Collective

Focused on all Chattanooga Mocs athletics programs, The FLOCK was launched in February 2023 with a mission to create and develop NIL opportunities for all student-athletes through avenues such as appearances, camps, community service projects, events, fundraising, marketing partnerships and memorabilia. “Our member-driven organization connects Mocs fans and the Chattanooga community to UTC student-athletes through NIL opportunities that allow those student-athletes to monetize their individual and collective brands,” The FLOCK founder Sam Kilgore said. “The FLOCK was formed to encourage student-athlete personal growth, support civic and charitable involvement, and empower student-athletes to support themselves financially while in school.” The FLOCK is "a proud partner of UTC Athletics" through a sponsorship agreement with LEARFIELD's Mocs Sports Properties, the longtime athletics multimedia rightsholder. According to Chattanooga Vice-Chancellor and Director of Athletics Mark Wharton, "The FLOCK will be instrumental in keeping UTC athletics competitive on the field and on the court by providing a way for fans, students, alumni, businesses and brands to get in on the game by making sure our student-athletes are excelling in this new NIL era."
