Green Bay Packers vs. Chicago Bears: Inactives for Week 14 matchup

Meby: Nick Geddes12/07/25NickGeddesNews

The Green Bay Packers have released their list of inactives for Sunday’s Week 14 home contest against the Chicago Bears. Most notable for Green Bay is that the wide receiver duo of Matthew Golden and Jayden Reed are both active.

Golden, the 2025 first-round pick out of Texas, has been out since Week 11 with a wrist injury. Reed, meanwhile, has been sidelined since the Week 2 win over the Washington Commanders, a game in which he suffered a broken collarbone.

Reed was Green Bay’s leading receiver in 2023 and again in 2024. His return should provide a boost to the Packers’ offense, which has played well over the last three weeks.

“I think I’m definitely a piece that can help the team, man,” Reed said earlier this week. “I just hound myself on like bringing juice, so I always say if you juiceless, you useless, so like that’s whether you on the field, off the field, just bringing juice, bringing energy within the team. I’m just one of those guys, man. I like to be more of a team player than just a good teammate than being a good player, but I’m more of being a great person than a great player.”

With Reed and Golden back, the Packers will have their top five wideouts playing together for the first time this season. The other three are Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks.
