Kaden Honeycutt makes statement at Snowball Derby Preview

Look out for Kaden Honeycutt! The defending Snowball Derby champion is already back to his old ways in Pensacola. Honeycutt participated in the Snowball Derby Preview, and the NASCAR driver impressed once again.
Last year, Kaden Honeycutt made a lot of noise at the preview. This year, he’s done it yet again.
Participating in the Super Late Model, Pro Truck, and Modifieds of Mayhem sessions, Honeycutt was quickest in all three. That earned him a cool $900 cash for his efforts. Not bad for basically throwing down qualifying laps.
Last year, Honeycutt was quickest in three divisions as well at the Snowball Derby Preview. So, are we seeing history repeat itself? I’m sure Honeycutt would like to think so as he battles for his second Derby win.
Kaden Honeycutt had quite a season in NASCAR in 2025. He earned top-3 finishes at Charlotte, Pocono, Martinsville, and Phoenix. Honeycutt also made the move from Chevy to Toyota. So, that will be a major factor for him and his 2026 season next year.
For now, Honeycutt is focused on earning this win in the Snowball Derby. He will have a loaded field to go up against.

Kaden Honeycutt among NASCAR drivers in Snowball Derby
Several NASCAR drivers will be in the field for this year’s Snowball Derby. Among the names are Kyle Busch, Noah Gragson, Erik Jones, Bayley Currey, Derek Kraus, Dawson Sutton, Ryan Preece, Ty Majeski, Conner Jones, Jake Finch, and others. Of course, there are all of the late model regulars, too.
We know that Kaden Honeycutt can win this race. He’s done it before. Winning it a second time will be a real challenge. A few drivers have been able to collect multiple wins in this event, but the list is rather elite. Erik Jones, Chase Elliott, Kyle Busch, and Ty Majeski are the most recent two-time winners.
The Snowball Derby is a massive event. There are so many hopes and dreams riding on this race. While NASCAR ends its season in November, there is still plenty of racing to watch and keep up with on the calendar. In fact, some of the best races are around this time of the year.
Kaden Honeycutt, on the hunt for his second Snowball Derby win. Can he get it done after his stellar day at the preview?
