Michigan and USC will continue their new Big Ten rivalry in Week 7 and the odds have been released! The opening lines are courtesy of BetMGM.

The two teams actually have 11 all-time meetings, 10 coming before their mutual Big Ten affiliation. Michigan trails USC 6-5 in the all-time series, but the Wolverines won last season in Ann Arbor.

Now out in LA, USC is a 2.5-point favorite over Michigan. If you want to bet the total, it’s set at 54.5 points for Saturday’s matchup.

How to watch Michigan vs. USC

USC missed an opportunity in September, losing a shootout to a ranked Illinois team. But like Michigan, USC seems to have the QB position figured out in 2025. Jayden Maiava has show true growth throughout his first season as a starter.

Fox Sports’ Joel Klatt, who’s analyzed both Michigan and USC closely, reaffirmed his belief in the Trojans despite losing to Illinois. Perhaps that bodes well for a good bowl game or a sneaky playoff run.

“I think they’ll be fine, I really do. I think that the best days for USC are still ahead. I’m a believer in what is happening with Chad Bowden and Lincoln and everybody over there because what they’re going to build and what they’re going to be at the end of this year, next year, and then the year after is something really special. They are building something that is going to have some sustainability. I’m just telling you right now. I would be a futures better on USC at this point.”
