One of college football’s historic rivalries will be renewed in Week 11. Navy will head to Notre Dame for a primetime matchup, and the opening point spread has been released.

The Fighting Irish opened as 25.5-point favorites against the Midshipmen, according to BetMGM. The over-under also opened at 55.5 points.

Notre Dame has won the last seven matchups against Navy, some of which occurred on neutral sites. This year’s game, though, will be on campus in South Bend as the Fighting Irish look to continue making their case for the College Football Playoff.

How to watch Navy at Notre Dame

Time: Nov. 8, 7:30 p.m. ET
Channel: NBC
Location: Notre Dame Stadium, Notre Dame, Ind.

Notre Dame will face a tall task against Navy’s high-powered rushing attack, which ranks as one of the best in the nation. The Midshipmen head into the matchup averaging more than 300 yards on the ground as part of an option scheme led by quarterback Blake Horvath, who is one of the top five rushers in FBS.

Meanwhile, Notre Dame’s run defense is also among the top in FBS. The Fighting Irish are keeping teams to about 100 yards per game, while on offense, Jeremiyah Love is also among the top rushers in the country. As a result, the ground games are sure to be the focal point as Notre Dame and Navy renew their rivalry.

The matchup will also get the primetime treatment on NBC. Kickoff for Navy at Notre Dame is set for Nov. 8 at 7:30 p.m. ET.
