On Saturday, Georgia will host Ole Miss inside Sanford Stadium. Ole Miss defeated the Bulldogs 24-10 when they met last season and Georgia fans will have an appetite for revenge this weekend.
Despite Ole Miss’ win over UGA last year, the Bulldogs boast a 33-13-1 all-time record against the Rebels. Since 2000, Georgia is 8-2 against Ole Miss.
While Georgia has handled business against Ole Miss in the past, oddsmakers expect a battle this weekend. According to BetMGM, the ninth-ranked Bulldogs are a 6.5-point home favorite against the fifth-ranked Rebels. The over/under for the game is set at 54.5 points.

Georgia’s pass game was lackluster in the showing. Quarterback Gunner Stockton completed 13-of-his-20 pass attempts for just 130 yards and a touchdown. In contrast, Stockton had thrown for 304 yards in Georgia’s Week 3 win over Tennessee.
Georgia will need its QB1 to step up if it hopes to down the Rebels on Saturday. After all, Ole Miss has proven it can rack up yards in a hurry.
In the Rebels’ 24-19 over LSU, quarterback Trinidad Chambliss notched 314 passing yards and a touchdown, while throwing one interception. LSU entered the game as one of the top defenses in the country, but Ole Miss’ offense dismantled the Tigers en route to a triumph.

Ole Miss’ defense was stellar as well in the marquee win. LSU only amassed 254 total yards of offense against the Rebels. Ole Miss’ run defense was especially excellent, only giving up 57 rushing yards.
Ole Miss will look to add another statement victory to its résumé on Saturday. The game could have significant College Football Playoff implications for both teams. Georgia and Ole Miss will clash at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday. The game will air live on ABC.
