Rappleyea has some of the best route-running and functional movement skills we’ve seen from a tight end in recent cycles. The 6-foot-4, 235-pounder has a unique ability to create separation both off the line and at the top of his routes. The agility and overall coordination point to him being a matchup problem for Big Ten defenses.

While most of the country is well into their seasons, many states in the northeast saw action kick off last week. Thus, it was our first opportunity to see Penn State tight end commit Andrew Rappleyea in action as a senior. The 6-foot-4.5, 215-pounder had a strong showing with five catches for 140 yards in a win over Cambridge (Mass.) Buckingham Browne & Nichols.
