Cade Phillips has a projectable frame, good length with broad shoulders that should put on good weight once he gets into a college weight program. Phillips is an explosive athlete. He is good in transition and playing out of the dunker spot. Needs to develop his ball skills and his jump shot range. Right now, he plays mostly five feet from the basket.
