Fielder is a converted tight end who has only been playing offensive line for a year and has made a very smooth transition. Has a very high ceiling and radically transformed his body in a short time. Put on 45 pounds since his sophomore year and still looks lean with plenty of room to add good weight. He’s a fluid mover, a natural athlete and plays with balance and leverage. Moves extremely well laterally with natural bend and can get to the second level with ease. Showed plenty of edge and physicality needed to excel in the trenches. Plays through the whistle, finishes his blocks and has the ideal temperament you want in a young tackle. Has a wrestling background to check off the multi-sport box we like and has plenty of length with an 80+ wingspan. Fielder is just scratching the surface of where we think his game will be in a few years and his upside is a multi-year starter at the Power 4 level and a high round NFL Draft pick.
