Gabriel Parks

I am a 6'2, 230 lb defensive end / tight end with the heart of a lion. Odell Beckham, Jr. once said, "[f]ootball is my sanctuary. It's where I go to escape. It's where I'm most happy." I share in this sentiment. I have been playing this game since grade school, and with each new season I've grown in stature and maturity for the game. In middle school I was selected three years in a row for the Tennessee Future Stars competing with the best in the State. As a freshman, I started for my high school varsity team. By my sophomore year I was selected by the coaches in my division as second team all region. Beckham, also said, "[y]ou get knocked down, and you get back up." This defined my junior year. The true measure of man is not how he responds to success, but how he responds to adversity. And this year has proven how committed I am to this game, and the passion I have for playing this game at the next level.
