My name is Henry Segal, and I’m a student-athlete committed to maximizing my potential on the football field and in the classroom. I’m driven by a deep love for the game and a competitive mindset that pushes me to constantly improve—physically, mentally, and as a teammate. Whether it's early morning lifts, film study, or extra reps after practice, I’m always looking for ways to raise my standard and contribute more to my team. Football has taught me the value of discipline, leadership, and resilience. I pride myself on being coachable, consistent, and relentless in pursuit of both personal growth and team success. I understand that success isn’t just about highlight plays—it’s about showing up every day with purpose and being accountable to the people around me. Academically, I hold myself to high standards and see college as an opportunity to grow as a student and leader.
