2026 WR Brayden Allen decommits from Tulane

Three-star WR Brayden Allen has reopened his recruitment.
The speedy pass-catcher from Louisiana committed to Tulane over the summer.
Colorado and Oklahoma have since come on exceedingly strong for the touted 2026 WR from Lafayette (La.) Christian Academy, who backed off his verbal pledge to the Green Wave on Monday night.
Allen spent this past weekend in Boulder making his first visit to see Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffs.
“I feel like they’re a great contender,” Allen told Rivals of Colorado. “Along with Tulane and Oklahoma, they are still strong in the competition.”
“They really treated me like a priority and made it known to me that they don’t only want me, but they need me over there in Boulder,” he continued.

Oklahoma has been one of the leading contenders working toward flipping Allen after starting to recruit him in the spring.
“What excites me about the fit is that I have a great relationship with Coach (Emmett) Jones, and I feel like I can learn a lot of stuff from him fast and get on the field early,” he said of the Sooners. “Oklahoma is definitely a strong contender in whether I flip or not.”
