Aliou Dioum, a four-star center in the 2026 class, has narrowed his list of schools down to six, he told Rivals. Moving forward, the 6-foot-10 rising senior of Bella Vista Prep (AZ) will consider Illinois, Mississippi State, Syracuse, UNLV, Wake Forest, and West Virginia.

Dioum, a native of Denver, Colorado, is ranked as the No. 113 overall player in the class, according to the Rivals Industry Ranking. He’s also the No. 11 center.

Rivals’ evaluators are higher on him, ranking him 80th nationally.

Dioum has completed one official visit to Wake Forest. He’s also scheduled three more:

  • UNLV: August 24th
  • West Virginia: August 30th
  • Mississippi State: September 14th

Prior to cutting his list down, he also received offers from Arizona State, Georgia Tech, Missouri, Georgia, Jacksonville, UCSB, Loyola-Chicago, and others.

Dioum talks his game

In a previous interview with Rivals, Dioum discussed his game.

“I have been really locked in this season,” Dioum told On3. “I watch film every night with coach, and go to the gym every day. I love hooping and working on my game. I watch a lot of Kevin Garnett film, I love how he is a dog. I go out and do whatever my team needs to win; lock shots, rebound, run the floor hard, dunk the ball, knock down shots, whatever it takes to win. I am locked in every day.”
