2026 DL Logan Nagle flips from Pitt to Miami, adding to Hurricanes' top-10 recruiting class

Wayne (N.J.) DePaul Catholic defensive lineman Logan Nagle tells Rivals he has flipped his commitment from Pittsburgh to Miami.
Nagle was in Coral Gables over the weekend for his official visit. The trip included the Hurricanes victory over Syracuse.
“Miami is one of the best programs in the nation, playing some of the best defense,” Nagle said. “I feel the scheme fits me perfectly. And I think I can really develop in that scheme and with the coaching from Coach Taylor and Coach Lewis. And I fully believe in Coach Cristobal and what they’re doing down there.”

Mario Cristobal and the Miami staff add to a haul the Rivals Industry ranks No. 10 nationally.
“I really love the scheme here and development,” Nagle said.
The 6-foot-4, 280-pound Nagle ranks as the nation’s No. 53 defensive lineman. He was recruited to Miami by Cristobal, defensive coordinator Corey Hetherman and defensive line coach Jason Taylor.
“I like everything about it,” Nagle told CaneSport after his visit. “I like the coaching. I love the competition here. I love the defensive scheme, so I really love it here.”
Now it’s home.
