Harper Woods (Mich.) four-star wide receiver Dakota Guerrant is the top junior prospect in Michigan and he’s attracted the attention of plenty of the nation’s top programs.

As he works to whittle down his list of top schools, the 6-foot-1, 190-pounder is getting back on the road to see games this fall.

Guerrant tells Rivals’ Greg Smith that he’ll visit the following schools across September and October: Tennessee (Sept. 13), Miami (Sept. 20), Penn State (Sept. 27), North Carolina (Oct. 4), Texas A&M (Oct. 11) and Oregon (Oct. 25).

Trips to in-state Michigan and Michigan State are still to be determined but will likely come in November. He was set to visit Michigan State this weekend, but will now make his return to East Lansing later this season.

Guerrant is the No. 46 overall prospect and No. 7 WR in the 2027 cycle, according to the Rivals Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all major recruiting media companies. Rivals ranks him higher than other recruiting services, as he checks in as the the No. 24 recruit in the 2027 Rivals300.

Things haven’t slowed down for Guerrant on the recruiting front. He’s been all over Big Ten country this spring and summer, too. He’s previously raved to Rivals insiders about his time at Oregon, Michigan, Ohio State and elsewhere.

Programs getting Guerrant on campus this fall will look to make some big impressions and separate from the pack. Michigan currently has the edge in the Rivals Recruiting Prediction Machine.

“On my checklist is development, being part of a winning culture, playing early, being in an offense that fits me, a strong culture in the locker room and how I am treated by the people there,” Guerrant previously told Rivals’ Chad Simmons.

Guerrant impressed on summer circuit

While his blue-chip status has already been cemented, Guerrant continued to make waves this summer. At OT7 Dallas back in March, he was named a top performer by Rivals National Scout Cody Bellaire:

“SFE had some strong pass catchers this weekend like Eric McFarland and Tristen Keys, but Dakota Guerrant was the physical, middle of the field presence that made the tough catches for that offense this weekend. He has such a strong build for his age and plays just as tough as he looks. He has excellent hand strength and plucks the ball away from his frame with ease. Plus, he has great wiggle for his size and is one of the more explosive athletes in the 2027 cycle. He was dominate on Day 2 and put together a very strong weekend here at OT7.”
