Ohio State trending to flip Big Ten commit ahead of National Signing Day

Ohio State is looking to add another pass-rusher to its 2025 recruiting class, and the Buckeyes have turned their attention to UCLA four-star commit Epi Sitanilei.
The 6-foot-4, 220-pounder visited OSU for the Michigan game, and coming out of that trip there was buzz about them flipping him from the fellow Big Ten program.

That continues to grow, as On3’s Steve Wiltfong and Chad Simmons logged expert predictions on Tuesday for the Buckeyes to flip Sitanilei, one of the top players for national powerhouse St. John Bosco (Calif.).
Sitanilei is the No. 243 overall prospect in the 2025 class, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He ranks as the nation’s No. 28 EDGE and No. 21 recruit in California.
