Belle Glade (Fla.) Glades Central three-star offensive tackle Javarii Luckas has committed to Florida.

He chose the Gators over West Virginia, USF and others.

Luckas is the No. 90 offensive tackle and No. 152 player in Florida in the 2026 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks No. 1,203 overall.

The 6-foot-5, 270-pounder is in the boat for head coach Billy Napier and the UF staff following an official visit to Gainesville this weekend. He’s built a relationship with assistant OL coach John Decoster, has ties with the in-state program and is now locked in.

“Like I said about the development at Florida,” Luckas told Gators Online earlier this month. “I love that. They are good at getting those underdog types to the NFL. That’s why they’re the top one for me. I want to be at a school that can develop O-line to the NFL, and Florida is good at that. My cousin [Kelvin Taylor] went there, so that’s another reason too.”
