DL James 'Tank' Carrington commits to Florida State

Irvine (Calif.) Crean Lutheran three-star defensive lineman James Carrington has committed to Florida State, he announced.
He chose the Seminoles after logging an official visit to Tallahassee over the weekend. Carrington broke down his decision with On3.
“To me what really stood out was the connection or brotherhood throughout the team and really within the defense of line room, most to all of the defensive of line showed up to the events throughout the weekend to show their support for all players,” Carrington said.
“I could also say the unique energy and intensity that Coach Norvell brings every single day, will drive me to be better on and off the field.”
