Aidan Chronister, a four-star small forward in the 2026 class, has committed to Missouri, he told Rivals.

The 6-foot-7 senior out of The New School (AR) ultimately chose the Tigers over Wake Forest, but also received offers from Oklahoma State, Arkansas State, Saint Louis, and others.

Chronister, a native of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is ranked as the No. 98 overall player in the nation, according to the Rivals Industry Ranking. He’s also the No. 35 small forward and the No. 3 player in Arkansas.

Chronister is Mizzou’s third commitment in the 2026 class. He joins five-star SG Jason Crowe Jr. (No. 9 NATL) and four-star PF Toni Bryant (No. 18 NATL).

Chronister on his commitment to Missouri

Aidan Chronister received an offer from Mizzou 808 days ago. He went in-depth on his commitment to the Tigers with Rivals.

“I chose Mizzou because of the family atmosphere I’ve grown to be a part of over the last 809 days, along with them being one of the best programs in the country!”

What led to his trust in the coaching staff?

“Coach Gates and staff have recruited me for over 2 years without wavering, and I believe they can take my game to the next level.”

In his own words, what type of player is Mizzou getting in Chronister?

“I’m a versatile wing that can shoot the 3 at a high level, play off the bounce, and always trying to make winning plays for my teammates on both sides of the ball.”

He has a message for Mizzou fans.

”Get y’all’s 3-point celebrations ready!”
