Four-star SF Jayden Hodge commits to Northwestern

Jayden Hodge, a four-star small forward in the 2026 class, has committed to Northwestern, he told Rivals.

The 6-foot-6 senior out of Montverde Academy (FL) chose the Wildcats over offers from Georgetown, Mississippi State, Penn State, and several others.

Hodge, a native of Belmar, NJ, is ranked as the No. 79 overall player in the class, according to the Rivals Industry Ranking. He’s also the No. 31 small forward.

He averaged 21.1 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 2.7 steals per game this season as a junior for St. Rose (NJ), his former high school. This summer on the Under Armour circuit, he averaged 15.7 points per game.

Hodge on his commitment to Northwestern

“I chose Northwestern because of trust and belief they have in me and have been consistent in my recruitment, and it felt like home.”

What led his trust in the coaching staff?

“My trust in the coaching staff came from me being their priority recruit and them being at a lot of my games and practices.”
